John obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Montclair State University. He then went on to pursue his Master of Business Administration in Finance at Seton Hall University.
John worked for several "boutique" type public accounting firms throughout northern New Jersey before starting his own practice focusing on fostering small businesses while preserving their family wealth.

Individual Income Tax John also specializes in the rapidly changing individual income tax landscape. John regularly prepares multi-state individual income tax returns. He is well versed in the taxation of stock option plans (RSU, ESOP, ESPP, NUA 83B elections) that present itself to many employees of large US corporations. He also has extensive knowledge and preparation experience with investment pass thru entities (K-1's) (hedge funds, publicly traded partnerships, oil and gas investments)
Estate Income Tax John has first hand knowledge in long term care and estate planning working closely with local estate and elder care attorneys. He regularly prepares estate income tax returns (Form 1041), decedent's final individual income tax returns (Form 1040), and estate accounting to beneficiaries.
